Hey, my name is Liam and I’m a fully qualified Personal and Group Trainer.
I’ve been a trainer for over 5+ years mixing my experience between F45, small group training and 1:1 PT.
I have a background in national endurance running, so getting fit and staying fit is something I’ve been familiar with for much longer than 3 years. I love connecting with people on a personal level to find out what training means to them and how I can assist them in kicking some REAL fitness goals!.
I’m a laid back Aussie bloke, who loves a beer and a burger watching a game of footy, just as much as I love to keep myself fit for the long haul. That’s what I call true lifestyle balance!, if that’s what you are looking for, then I am your guy!
