I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach, passionate about helping women of all ages feel strong, confident, and empowered.
With over 13 years of experience in dance and teaching, movement and high-energy workouts are second nature to me. I've worked alongside amazing choreographers and performed all over Perth, but what I love most is connecting with women on a personal level and helping them feel their absolute best—inside and out.
I specialise in creating a supportive, empowering space for women who are ready to prioritise their health, build strength, and boost their confidence. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, improving flexibility, or simply feeling stronger in your everyday life, I’m here to guide and cheer you on every step of the way.
