Herman Strydom
Hey, I’m Herman! I’m a sports enthusiast with 1.5 years of experience in group fitness and personal training, specialising in strength and conditioning for athletes, as well as helping get people back into the gym after a break. I’m experienced with coaching Olympic weightlifting and have competed at a national level, and have helped many athletes in their journey to compete. My background in rugby, basketball and competitive weightlifting has given me a deep understanding of athletic performance, training intensity, and what it takes to push past limits.
I love seeing athletes unlock their full potential, but just as important to me is helping people build a strong, healthy relationship with the gym. Whether you’re an athlete looking to level up or someone getting back into training, I want to help you move with confidence and train with purpose. Let’s get stronger, move better, and enjoy the process!
